Mainly outdoor and some indoor events can be organised, utilising a range of activities. Some are physical and some cerebral. The broad spectrum of activities available means that everyone’s needs can be catered for. - We also accommodate larger corporate groups of up to 150 at our partner hotels in Gloucester, The Forest of Dean, Chepstow and Newport. These range from three to luxury five star hotels.

We provide a beautiful and an informal venue for workshops, seminars and meetings. Meeting rooms are extremely comfortable and vibrant. We know we are competitive and offer superb value for money. However, without knowing your specific requirements we are not able to provide set prices. We do have a rough guide on our planner and quote page where you can add details of your event and get an idea of the investment you will need. The rough guide is exactly that. What will I need to organise?
Live Life Events takes all the hassle out of co-ordinating your corporate event. Pre organisation
You will need to let us know
- The purpose of your event
- Your budget per person if possible
- How many people are attending
- Exact dates and times
- Which activities you would like to do (we will help you with this)
- How you will get here (by road or train)
We will
- Give you a full proposal including the investment you will need to make and a break down of costs.
- Help you with deciding which activities will best suit your objectives. We have an online questionnaire facility also which can be distributed to your team. We collate the information to help with ensuring everyone is involved.
- Co-ordinate and make all the necessary arrangements for you to get your event in place.
- Give you a straight forward payment plan. After your deposit is received we can alter your event as required (where possible) and adjust the final balance accordingly up to 4 weeks prior to your event.
- Give you a full itinerary of your event.
- Give you joining instructions for all your participants so they are comfortable with what they are going to expect as individuals. We will also inform them of everything they need to bring in plenty of time before your event.
- Collate personal information forms from all participants to make sure we are aware of any medical or dietary issues. This information is kept secure.
- Liaise with you every step of the way pre-event to make sure you are happy with everything and are looking forward to your event.
Once you arrive at your hotel or venue we will take care of everything. If travelling by train to Newport or Gloucester we will organise your transport to your hotel from the station. At this point everything will be organised for you.
