United Action Plan.  In the team meeting information will have been collated from every member of the team.  Therefore the vision will be a united one and the action plan to re-create great team work over and over will be determined by all.  The desire to make a success of something you create personally is far more powerful than any dictatorship… and far more enjoyable!

How the course is run.

The course is run by you or a chosen member of your team.  We call him/her “The Manager”.

The manager must sign up to the course with their details.
He/she also enters email addresses of all team members. (Max 30 persons).

The questions and tasks are sent out to all team members via email and answered online.  If some members don’t have email there is a print out sheet to fill in manually.

There is a team meeting at the end of the course to bring all the feedback together and to create a positive team culture for the future.

The manager is given clear guidelines and an agenda to follow to run the meeting.  If he/she would prefer one of our experts to come and run the meeting for you we are very happy to arrange this.

Timings.

How long does the course take?

You decide how fast you want to do the course to suit your business.

Each step will only take your members 5 – 15 minutes to do.

You can choose how often your team members will be asked to complete a step. 

A)  One step per week
B)  One step every third day
C)   or One step daily. 

If you choose:

A)  weekly – the course will take approximately one month;
B)  every third day will take just over 2 weeks;
C)  and daily will take one week.  (only recommended for small groups – 8 or less)

Timings for your manager.

This will depend greatly on how many members are in your team.  (30 persons max)

The manager will need to enrol (2 minutes) and enter all email addresses of the team and press submit. (5 minutes – 20 minutes)

When all responses are gained for each step the manager will need time to to collate all the feedback generated.  (15 minutes – 1 hour) 
He/she will need to allot this time after all steps - 1 – 4.

We ask you to allow an absolute minimum of 1 ½ hrs for the meeting.  If you can allow 3 hrs this is fantastic.
